Beef Marrow Bones

These marrow bones are cut down the center lengthwise, creating a "canoe" which provides easy access to the delicious golden marrow in the center. These bones are perfectly suited for roasting in an oven at 425 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Or if you prefer, to create an extra rich bone broth. Each package contains 1 marrow bone (two pieces) around 1 pound in size. Sold in 5 pound quantities.
